Limelight Portfolio’s newest property, Limelight Boulder, is the first hotel to partner with Colorado University-Boulder. Limelight Boulder is centrally located in the University Hill neighborhood of CU’s campus.  Opened in September, the property is the largest all-electric hotel in the country, eliminating combustion-motor usage for power, heating and cooling. The 252 guest
rooms and suites include mountain views or views of downtown Boulder.

The hotel offers 22 meeting rooms and 26,000 square feet of event space. The largest space is a 15,000-square-foot ballroom with access to an outdoor terrace. Limelight Boulder can host meetings and events for up to 1,500 attendees. When planners book meetings with Limelight Boulder, the catering team will work with them to create a locally sourced menu.

Green Valley Ranch—minutes from the Las Vegas Strip in Henderson—is dedicating part of its $200 million redesign to transforming its meeting and convention spaces by January 2026. The renovation will also deliver contemporary redesigns to the property’s 422 guest rooms and 71 suites. From the property’s vineyard to its Grand Event Center, there is 69,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting and event space. Outdoor meeting spaces overlook an eight-acre backyard pool area, and 1,000 guests can be hosted on the pool deck itself. The conference and event spaces at Green Valley Ranch include 11 versatile breakout rooms. The maximum capacity in the Grand Event Center is 1,500 guests in a theater-style setup.
