Just in time for its 35th anniversary, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis reopened following renovations to its 12,750-square-foot grand ballroom. This space is the property’s largest, with a capacity of 1,300 guests. The hotel offers an additional 15 meeting and event spaces, bringing its total square footage to 34,142.
The property’s multimillion-dollar renovation project introduced enhancements to the ballroom that included hand-crafted wood grain wall coverings, tailored furnishings and soft ambient lighting to complement the chandeliers, which were crafted by master artisans in Murano, Italy. They can be seen throughout the adjoining event corridor and grand ballroom.
The conclusion of the renovation marks the end of a multiyear transformation of the property. The 299-room hotel also enhanced additional spaces, The Cigar Club, The Lobby Lounge and Casa Don Alfonso, and introduced a brand-new space, an ivy-latticed enclosed terrace named The Solarium. The Solarium is 3,576 square feet and able to accommodate up to 250 guests.
