Florida
Loews Miami Beach Hotel has renovated its 790 guest rooms. The rooms feature new floorings, upgraded bathrooms and custom furnishings. The oceanfront property is also rolling out two new dining concepts as part of its $55 million transformation: Bistro Collins and The Sushi Bar. Bistro Collins combines American coastal cuisine with bold, seasonal flavors of Latin America and the Caribbean. The Sushi Bar features classic sushi and high-quality seafood and promises to be popular for offering a “front-row seat” overlooking South Beach from the sushi counter. The property features more than 45 spaces for meetings and events, the largest being 27,600 square feet.
Georgia
Signia by Hilton Savannah is the second Signia property in Georgia. Signia by Hilton Atlanta—the flagship hotel—opened in 2024. The Savannah property is one of four Signia hotels to be built from the ground up. The Savannah-Georgia Convention Center Authority broke ground on the 444-room hotel in early October. The property is anticipated to be completed by mid-2028. The Signia will function as the headquarters hotel for the recently renovated Savannah Convention Center and will be directly connected to the facility.
The Hilton property boasts more than 34,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 13,000-square-foot ballroom. Other hotel amenities include a fitness center, group wellness experiences, five F&B options, an outdoor pool and a premium offering for guests: Club Signia. The brand is known for its elevation and modern design. The hotel lobby will feature locally inspired architecture and lush landscaping—Savannah staples. In the guest rooms and meeting spaces, guests can expect advanced technology and high-end service.

Louisiana 
DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans unveiled a $5 million renovation in late January. The comprehensive renovations include updates to the lobby, 367 guest rooms and suites, rooftop pool and sundeck, International Ballroom and more than 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The reimagined ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Mississippi River, downtown skyline and French Quarter. The hotel is in close proximity to the Riverwalk, casino and the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The property has multiple different dining options, including Hot Benny’s and PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans.
Dolly Parton Hotel is Pitch Perfect
Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel and Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum is set to open in Nashville this spring. The property features 245 accommodations, including 33 suites. The museum exhibit will be located on the third floor of the SongTeller hotel. The exhibit celebrates the life of Dolly, her expansive career and personal memories through her own eyes. And, ironically, the museum is open daily from “9 to 5.”

Additionally, the hotel offers 10,000 square feet of intimate, flexible space for 125 guests who can choose from three breakout rooms, three restaurants and seven unique spaces. Guests can also enjoy live entertainment—local artists and entertainers—in Parton’s Live, Jolene’s and the Listening Lobby. Other amenities in the group spaces include beverage packages, full-service catering options and AV services. The property aims to capture Dolly’s signature spirit, warmth and authenticity, “creating moments that truly sing.”
