The U.S. Hotel Construction Pipeline Trend Resort from Lodging Econometrics anticipates 202 properties, representing 22,368 guest rooms, to open in the fourth quarter of 2025. Those projects will augment the 490 new hotels with 57,479 guest rooms opened in the U.S. in the first three quarters of 2025. Further, the U.S. pipeline has 1,118 projects under construction, with most set for 2026 completion.
