InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach unveiled the final phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation in late April. The 198-room hotel offers ocean views and a design inspired by the coastal luxury of Sydney’s eastern shoreline. The property recently revealed its new pool deck featuring private cabanas and sun lounges. The hotel also offers an ocean-facing infinity pool and terrace, 24-hour fitness center, Club InterContinental lounge and pickleball courts.

In May, the IHG hotel introduced Èliva Spa, an immersive and personal approach to wellbeing that looks past the traditional spa model. Guests are offered sensory-rich spaces such as mineral pools, infrared and salt saunas, cold plunge baths and a crystal steam room. The spa’s treatments feature a blend of contemporary techniques and nature-led therapies used to restore balance, clarity and energy. Hotel guests are also invited to experience Coogee through a guided journey by a local guide that includes snorkeling along the underwater nature trail at Gordons Bay.

Located 20 minutes from Sydney airport, the property offers more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space. The Grand Ballroom is the largest space available, offering 3,875 square feet of space for up to 300 guests.
