Marriott Debuts Triple Branded Hotel in Nashville

Marriott International opened its first newly built property that combines three brands under one roof. The 21-story, $140 million Nashville property includes an AC Hotel, Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites. The property was developed by North Point Hospitality and is located across from the Music City Convention Center.

"Music City is the perfect place for Marriott to make history with its first newly built, triple-brand property," says Eric Jacobs, chief development officer, Select and Extended Stay Brands, Marriott International. “Bringing these three differentiated brands together will help travelers find the perfect accommodation – whether they are in Nashville to explore the city's famed honky tonks and exploding restaurant scene, complete a work assignment, attend a convention, or perhaps even accommodate a large group with different needs."

Shared Amenities Across Hotels

The triple-branded property features shared amenities, including an indoor/outdoor rooftop pool, complete with fire pits, cabanas and a wrap-around veranda with seating. On the property’s 21st floor, the rooftop bar boasts views of Nashville’s downtown skyline.

The property offers more than 9,000 square feet of meeting space, including nearly 4,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space on the 21st floor with 16-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Three Distinct Hotel Experiences

The 209-room AC Hotel Nashville Downtown, features a sleek design, inspired by Nashville’s heritage as Music City. There are musical facets and geometry-inspired patterns and lines as well as neutral hues that provide a backdrop for striking local art.

The hotel offers the brand’s AC Kitchen, serving European-inspired breakfast and the AC Lounge, where guests can enjoy drinks and tapas-style small plates.

The Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center, which has 136 suites, offers guests floor plans that include separate living and work spaces for extended stays.

The Residence Inn Nashville offers free grocery delivery service as well as a 24-hour food and beverage market and onsite guest laundry facilities.

The 125-all suite SpringHill Suites Nashville Downtown/Convention Center also features separate living, working and sleeping spaces. The hotel offers a 24/7 Market.
