The Westin Long Beach is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, which will introduce Navy Proof Food & Spirits, the coffee culture hub Bluestone Lane and a refreshed lobby. Set to be unveiled in summer 2019, all of the designated spaces reflect a modern style reflecting the property’s vibrant California coastline setting.

The restoration of Eero Saarinen’s landmark 1962 former Trans World Airlines terminal is complete and the TWA Hotel is now open at JFK Airport. On May 15, thousands of guests watched New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Tyler Morse, CEO and Managing Partner of MCR and MORSE Development, cut the ribbon for the 512-room hotel in the iconic Sunken Lounge.

Four Seasons Hotel Montreal opened in the city’s Golden Square Mile. The hotel features 169 guest rooms, 19 suites and 18 Four Seasons Private Residences. The hotel also features MARCUS restaurant by Chef Marcus Samuelsson.

Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago North Shore, which offers the largest ballroom and event space on the North Shore, completed a comprehensive, multi-year renovation project. The property-wide transformation in Skokie includes an overhaul of the hotel’s 15,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, in addition to a complete revamp of the hotel's 250 guest rooms.

Magnolia Houston, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel completed a three year renovation project which includes enhancements to the meeting and event spaces, rooms and suites as well as public areas. The revival of the Magnolia Houston pays homage to its roots as the former Post Dispatch building and rich history as an iconic Houston building.

The Dalmar, a Tribute Portfolio hotel opened in Fort Lauderdale. The 25-story hotel features 209 guest rooms including 33 suites designed by DesignAgency. The design was inspired by the vibrant feel of South Florida, blended with a distinctive mid-century vibe and capitalizing on the natural beauty of Fort Lauderdale.

Renaissance Dallas Hotel completed the final phase of its multimillion-dollar renovation. The 30-story landmark hotel features new furnishings and an updated design of all 484 guest rooms and 30 suites.

Hyatt Regency Deerfield, located just minutes from downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport, reopened following the completion of the first phase a multimillion-dollar, full-scale renovation. The first phase included the $14 million complete redo of the property’s 300 guest rooms and suites.

Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg completed a multimillion-dollar renovation. The improvements included a top-to-bottom transformation of all 405 guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.

Tulsa Club Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton opened its doors. The 11-story, 96-room property is a historic boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Tulsa’s Deco District. The hotel is one of the many Art Deco buildings in the area. In addition to its modern interior, the hotel has maintained the building’s original 1927 Art Deco exterior designed by world famous architect Bruce Goff.
