The AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay is set to open early summer 2019. The hotel, from design-led European lifestyle hotel brand AC Hotels by Marriott, is located just minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Hilton Bogota Corferias opened as the first full-service hotel in the Bogota, Colombia's fair and convention district. The 410-room property features more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including the largest terrace in the area that offers both indoor/outdoor space and mountain views.

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened. Inspired by the historic glamour of the original Astir Palace Hotel, the fully updated 300-room hotel is nestled amid 74 acres of seaside landscape on the shores of the Athenian Riviera. It is also the first Four Seasons in Greece.

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Chicago completed  a renovation. The project included the transformation of its 191 guest rooms and 22 suites and an enhanced living-room lobby will debut later this spring. The elevated redesign takes inspiration from Lake Michigan and the development along the Chicago Riverwalk.

The historic Harbor View Hotel is gearing up to unveil its $15 million, top-to-bottom renovation. The Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, hotel will welcome groups starting May 1st to its updated meeting spaces. These boast all new furnishings and modern amenities, audiovisual resources in partnership with A2D Productions and an on-site conference staff.

LaKota Oaks, a hotel and conference center, completed a comprehensive interior design and technological renovation. The Norwalk property, formerly Dolce Norwalk, was acquired and rebranded by LaKota Hotels & Resorts last year.

Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area, located just blocks from Mayo Clinic and Mayo Civic Convention Center, opened with 20,000 square feet of meeting space and a nature inspired design, bringing serenity to those seeking treatment at Mayo Clinic. Public spaces throughout the hotel feature a variety of tile, stone and wood elements that give the spaces a natural aesthetic.

The Sarasota Modern opened its doors in downtown Sarasota, within the epicenter of the urban 'Rosemary District.' With European inspired design details, the Tribute Portfolio hotel features 89 guest rooms, indoor and outdoor meeting and event space as well as two pools.

Dream Nashville opened in Music City. Located on Fourth Avenue North in downtown Nashville’s historic Printer’s Alley, the hotel is set on the site of the city’s first boutique hotel, The Utopia, and its notorious neighbor, The Climax Saloon, all dating back to the 1890’s.

Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel completed its multimillion-dollar renovation. Included in the project is a newly revamped 53,000 square feet of meeting and event space as well as newly designed guest rooms. The property is located minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
