The Campus Center Hotel here is undergoing a $9.2 million renovation. It’s the first extensive facelift for the 38-year-old facility.
The decision to renovate the hotel was made because of the increase in the number of hotel rooms that the Amherst-Hadley area has seen in the past decade, said David O’Connor, the hotel’s manager.
Renovations are scheduled for completion in April.
