The Holiday Inn, scheduled to open Oct. 23, is the first full-service hotel here in 20 years. The facility is located on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
The hotel is the first Holiday Inn to sport a new decorating scheme, new signage and logo, and specially designed outdoor lighting that ultimately will be implemented in other Holiday Inns. Artwork in the new hotel recalls the chain’s history.
