CAMBRIDGE, Mass.
This month the restaurateurs behind The Beehive, the award-winning restaurant located in Boston's South End, celebrate the grand opening of their new restaurant, Beat Hotel in Cambridge, Mass.
Located at 13 Brattle Street in the heart of Harvard Square, Beat Hotel is a 360-capacity, bohemian brasserie that boasts two bars, a performance stage, the work of local artists and live performances nightly.
The full-service upscale-casual restaurant specializes in eclectic fare with global influences featuring fresh, seasonal and wholesome dishes with appeal to carnivores and vegetarians alike from Beat Hotel's Executive Chef, Rebecca Newell, formerly of The Beehive.
In addition to its accessible menu, Beat Hotel's beverage list celebrates American spirits and American artisanal wines crafted by small batch winemakers. The tap wine system features 24 true wines by the glass, mostly either certified biodynamic, certified organic or sustainable culture wines, all available in 2.5 oz, 5oz, or 12oz pours, in addition to a large and carefully curated wine list available by the bottle. Beat's expert bar staff also serves craft-cocktails and six beers on tap.
