Ka La'i Waikiki Beach

Nestled in the center of the Waikīkī neighborhood in Honolulu lies the newly rebranded Ka La'i Waikīkī Beach from LXR Hotels & Resorts. Formerly known as the Trump International Hotel in Waikīkī, the hotel will now be a part of the Hilton LXR collection of high-end resorts. The property will also undergo a series of phased renovations starting in 2025, which will include upgrades to its guest rooms, public areas and lobbies, pool areas, spa, fitness center, landscaping and interiors. 

Located just steps from Waikīkī Beach, the 462-room hotel stands 38 stories tall and marks the Hilton luxury brand’s first property in O'ahu. The hotel features residential-style guest rooms and suites, a wellness facility and 24-hour fitness center, an infinity pool with a sun deck, two signature restaurants, a variety of beach services and amenities, a 24-hour business center, a library and five indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Located in the heart of Honolulu on the island of O'ahu lies the new Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa from the privately held hotel management company Highgate. The 39-story hotel features 187 guest rooms and 112 residences and is within walking distance of the Ala Moana Center, the world’s largest open-air shopping center. The property is also situated just a mile from the Hawai'i Convention Center and seven miles from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.

The hotel offers an on-property “Navigator” to help connect guests with local experiences and also offers personalized wellness rituals at its Uhiwai Spa. Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa is home to multiple restaurants including MARA, from restaurateur Patric Yumul. Guests can also enjoy The Coral Club Lounge, the pool deck bar and grill, SWAY, and the lobby cafe featuring flavors from LAMILL COFFEE. 

Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa features over 8,800 square feet of meeting and event space spread across four indoor and outdoor event venues able to accommodate groups of up to 75 people. The largest of these event spaces is the Great Lawn, spanning 7,200 square feet and offering space for up to 50. The property also offers an executive boardroom, conference room and a club lounge for smaller gatherings.

Located on the Cowlitz Reservation in Ridgefield, Washington, is ilani Casino and Resort, which opened in 2023 and is now undergoing an expansion set to bring an additional 10,000 square feet to its Meeting & Entertainment Center. The 30,000-square-foot facility is equipped with a full production, lighting and sound system and also offers groups customized catering services. The largest space in the Meeting & Entertainment Center, the Cowlitz Ballroom, is able to accommodate groups of up to 2,500 attendees, while small parties can utilize the 650-square-foot Cedar boardroom.

The latest phase in the renovation plan will bring the total amount of space in the Meeting & Entertainment Center to 40,000 square feet. The property is also within close proximity of Vancouver, Canada; Portland, Oregon; the Portland International Airport and Interstate 5, making it an ideal location for meetings and events in the area. 

A Historic Napa Valley Renovation

Located in the heart of Napa Valley wine country lies the Silverado Resort, a multimillion-dollar, 1,200-acre California landmark that has put the finishing touches on $1.5 million worth of renovations to 17,000 square feet of its meeting and event spaces.

The 345-room property has over 70,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space and recently made renovations to its conference rooms, meeting rooms and prefunction areas. Renovations were also made to the Silverado Ballroom, the 5,160-square-foot centerpiece of the resort that is able to accommodate up to 400 attendees. The renovations were done under the direction of interior design firm SFA Design, with the new meeting space designs reflecting the soft earth tones and green hills of Napa Valley. The renovations are a part of an ongoing resort project. 

The resort also includes a 16,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, two PGA championship golf courses, nine tennis courts, three bocce and pickleball courts, three swimming pools and its signature restaurant, The Grill.
