Argentina
Located in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires, the Recoleta Grand, Buenos Aires, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel marked the Tribute Portfolio’s debut in the city upon its opening in June.
The hotel offers 142 guest rooms, including six suites, and is housed in the historic Palacio Mihura building in the city’s Recoleta district. The property has three dining options, including Café de Prensa, which offers rotating and permanent art installations, literary pop-ups and editorial events as well as curated collaborations with local artists, publishers and chefs. The property also has 3,700 square feet of meeting space across four event venues along with a rooftop terrace and executive lounge.

France

Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel marks the first hotel of the Radisson Collection in France and brings the luxury-lifestyle brand to the UNESCO-listed Vieux Lyon district in east-central France.
The property was once the home of Italian merchants but was transformed into a boutique hotel in 1987, offering 61 guest rooms and suites and two onsite dining experiences. Another set is still to reopen following the completion of an ongoing renovation. The hotel’s wellness space will also open soon, featuring an indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna. The property also has two private courtyards and five meeting rooms, the largest being the Jeu de Paume Salon, able to accommodate up to 95 attendees.

Nepal
The Soaltee Kathmandu, Autograph Collection marks Marriott’s 19th brand in the South Asia region and brings 285 guest rooms and suites to the heart of Nepal’s capital city.

Situated on 12 acres of grounds in Kathmandu’s Tahachal area, and with views of the Himalayas mountain range, the hotel offers five dining experiences, an onsite spa, outdoor pool, tennis court, 24-hour fitness center and 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel is also committed to sustainability initiatives, incorporating energy-efficient lighting and heating systems, an in-house water bottling plant and herb garden.
Vietnam

Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River is a new 45-story, 300-room property located in the coastal city of Danang and overlooking the Han River. The hotel marks the Courtyard by Marriott brand’s debut in Danang and the fifth Marriott property in the seafront city.
Located just over 2.5 miles from the Danang International Airport, Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River features three onsite restaurants, a rooftop outdoor infinity pool, fitness studio and 10 meeting spaces totaling 3,280 square feet. The largest of these spaces is the 1,263-square-foot Grand Ballroom, able to accommodate up to 380 attendees and featuring 27-foot-tall ceilings. The hotel is also in close proximity to attractions such as the Marble Mountains, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An Ancient Town and the Imperial Citadel of Hue.

A Private Wellness Sanctuary
Located on the private Nirup Island in Indonesia’s Riau Archipelago, the newly opened The Westin Nirup Island Resort & Spa, Batam is a wellness-focused facility that offers guests an immersive escape and transformative wellness experience. The hotel is the fifth Westin Hotel in Indonesia and spans the entire private island, which is a 20-minute ferry ride from Singapore’s Harbourfront Terminal and offers onsite customs and immigration facilities, ensuring a seamless arrival and transition for international attendees.
