Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai opened November 7. The luxury portfolio’s second property in the city is located within the Wasl Tower.

Cultures unite via the brand’s signature Asian heritage blended with downtown Dubai’s local character. The hotel features 259 rooms and 10 dining venues. Dining venues include Chitarra, a restaurant offering regional Italian fare, and Yù & Mì, a modern Chinese bar and restaurant.

The Residences—224 private units at the top of the hotel—are set to open in 2026, representing the brand’s first residential development in Dubai.

The hotel was established with four innovative wellness pillars: nourishment, in-room wellness, beauty and intelligent movement.
