Located in Shanghai’s heritage district, Andaz Shanghai ITC opened in February. The hotel is also inspired by the city’s past and present. The check-in lobby located on the 14th floor is inspired by Shanghai of “yesteryear,” which references the Old Shanghai that was romanticized in the 1920s. It was a period when the city was known as the “Paris of the East.”
The hotel has three dining options—The Rooftop Bar, The West Wing and The East Wing. The Rooftop Bar offers tea-infused cocktails. The West Wing is a deli and wine bar with small plates. The East Wing features classic Shanghainese dishes prepared with local ingredients. Private dining options and an outdoor terrace are also available to guests who dine in The East Wing. The property has three meeting spaces. The largest space is the 4,951-square-foot patio.
