In Wickenburg, Arizona, Rancho de los Caballeros Resort completed a $100 million renovation in March. The multiyear renovation began in 2021. Spanning across 18 acres, the property boasts 9,000 square feet of meeting and event space. 

The city of Calgary in Alberta, Canada, is investing $2 billion in hospitality and urban renewal—this includes the development of four major meeting hotels, which will enter the city’s portfolio beginning in 2028.

Formerly the Cromwell Hotel, the 188-unit property has been completely overhauled to deliver an upscale environment curated by restaurateur and TV personality Lisa Vanderpump

Hilton Anaheim announced the full-property renovation was complete near the end of 2025. The comprehensive renovation began in July 2024.
