The LGBT Meeting Professionals Association (LGBTMPA) revealed the dates for its first educational and networking event, set during the Community Marketing & Insights (CMI) Conference in San Francisco.
The CMI Conference on LGBT Tourism & Hospitality runs from Nov. 1-3, 2017, at the Park Central San Francisco. The LGBTMPA Professional Workshops + Network Event will be held on Thurs., Nov. 2, 2017.
A tentative list of educational courses and workshops were announced including a panel discussion on “Navigating Bathroom Rules for a Successful Meeting,” a session called “The Big Picture: Inclusion and Why It’s Important in Today’s World” and another titled “Including the Rainbow: Planning an LGBT Friendly Event.”
Interested persons can either purchase a three-day ticket that allows access into the entirety of the CMI Conference or can opt in for a 1/2 day ticket for the new LGBTMPA network event.
