StateView Hotel Launches in North Carolina

RALEIGH, N.C.

Noble Investment Group opened the StateView Hotel in the heart of North Carolina State University's Centennial Campus. The hotel's university roots aim to evoke both a sense of honoring the past and a collaborative, advanced look toward the future. Located on the serene setting of the shores of Lake Raleigh, the StateView is surrounded by a protected forest and walking trails, giving it a relaxing feel.

"We've always had a vision. This hotel project has been part of that vision since the beginning," said NC State Chancellor Randy Woodson. "It's a critical piece for creating a campus that really embodies creating a place where people live, work and play, where they do research and where they collaborate."

StateView Hotel features 164 guest rooms and suites, a business center, modern fitness offerings and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel also includes an inventive, chef-driven bar and dining experience, Flask & Beaker, which will serve up modern American gastro pub dishes.

"The StateView is a vital component in the rapidly expanding Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University,” said Noble Investment Group CEO Mit Shah. “At completion, the campus will house 9 million square feet of world-class commercial, residential, laboratory and research facilities.”

The StateView opens its doors as part of the Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott International's collection of “passionately independent” hotels that are located in remarkable destinations.

The StateView has achieved LEED Silver certification and is committed to energy conservation, sustainability and bio-technological advances. The hotel is located at 2540 Alumni Drive on N.C. State University's Centennial Campus immediately adjacent to the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center, across from the Arnold Palmer-designed Lonnie Pool Golf Course and minutes from downtown.
