VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.
The 236-room Westin Virginia Beach Town Center completed its multimillion-dollar renovation. The redesign includes all guest rooms, public spaces as well as conference and event space.
Throughout the hotel are water-inspired wall coverings and carpets in natural textures and woodwork inspired by driftwood. Drawing further inspiration from the ocean and local marine environment, the new lobby boasts contemporary chandeliers, an open registration area, a ‘living wall' water feature and cozy seating arranged for easy convenience to electrical outlets. Each of the guest rooms and suites feature warm serene neutral colors highlighted with cool aquatic blues and accented with soft gold metals.
The 17,182 square feet of conference space, including the 8,332-square-foot ballroom, sports new wall coverings, carpeting, contemporary furnishings and distinctive artwork. The Marketplace, the hotel's coffee bar, was transformed with a community table and new seating arrangements.
The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center also features an indoor pool and a WestinWORKOUT Gym and business center. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails are available throughout the day and evening in the hotel's restaurant and lounge area.
