Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa revealed its newly redesigned ballrooms and meeting spaces, which encompass more than 30,000 square feet of indoor space on two levels in the resort’s north tower.

Designed by RTKL Associates, one of the leading hospitality design firms in the country, the renovations feature contemporary designs and modern furnishings that complement the hotel’s classic and timeless architecture. RTKL is also the firm responsible for the design of Eau Spa.

“Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is pleased to unveil these beautifully designed and updated spaces that enhance the experience for our guests,” said Mark Klein, interim general manager of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.

Taking center stage of the renovation are the three ballroom spaces, The Grand Ballroom, Ocean Ballroom and Plaza Ballroom, which feature custom carpeting, modern wall sconces, sophisticated furnishings, and a neutral color palette with accents of silvery blues and greens, a nod to Eau Palm Beach’s namesake and the resort’s oceanfront location.

The corridor boasts marble flooring, adding elegance and grandeur to the entryway while new modern seating creates additional areas for guests to congregate throughout. The grand staircase leading to the lower level meeting spaces features new wall coverings, along with a handmade mosaic design.

To complement the newly redesigned spaces, advanced technology was installed as part of the renovation, including a new state-of-the-art sound system and LED lighting featured throughout. In addition, electronic reader boards are installed outside each meeting room, displaying the name of the group that booked the room. Several electrical outlets have been added throughout all the spaces, allowing today’s connected travelers to power devices as needed.

“Meeting and event planners seek venues that offer impeccable form and function, as well as memorable experiences,” said Michael Oakes, director of sales and marketing at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. “The newly renovated spaces coupled with the integration of advanced technology and the service by our Forbes Five-Star hoteliers will play a key role in the future success of meetings and events on property.”

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, the Forbes Five-Star oceanfront retreat situated along Florida’s gold coast, offers a range of event services and can accommodate groups from 10 to 700 in its variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. The resort features 309 guest rooms and suites.
