NEW BEDFORD, Mass.
The New Bedford Harbor Hotel is now open on the south coast of Massachusetts. The 70-room property is part of the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels and managed by Waterford Hotel Group.
The hotel features a lounge, bar and restaurant serving three meals a day and a tapas menu in the early evening and late night. The locally inspired menu includes classic New England sea-to-table dishes along with modern takes on favorites.
Hotel amenities include a fitness center and 2,500 square feet of multipurpose meeting spaces with natural light, prefunction space and smaller suites are available for board meetings or breakout sessions.
New Bedford is known as a culturally diverse city is known for historic areas, architecture and cobblestone streets, feasts and festivals, beaches and boating, and is home to the Whaling National Historic Park.
