Delta Hotels Debuts in the DFW Area

Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center is now open. This is the first Delta Hotels branded property in the DFW area and the first new build in North America. The Allen, Texas, hotel features 90,000 square feet of convention, ballroom and meeting space, 300 guest rooms and suites and a restaurant by celebrity Chef Stephan Pyles.

This new hotel opening kicks off the year for the Delta Hotels brand which is focused on continued global growth. Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center is a public-private partnership between Altera Development, and the City of Allen, Texas. The property is managed by Benchmark – A Global Hospitality Company.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center is located in the hub of Allen and within walking distance to entertainment at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm.

The hotel features 300 guest rooms featuring a fresh, streamlined design and amenities such as work spaces, a fitness center and outdoor pool, complimentary bottled water, and free Wi-Fi.

The property also houses 23 state-of-the-art conference meeting facilities, two hospitality suites, and 15 suites in all, offering 90,000 square feet of meeting and convention space.

Guests of the hotel will also be able to enjoy inventive, southern cuisine courtesy of Native Texan and James Beard-Award Winning Chef Stephan Pyles at Stampede 66, a cocktail at Canyon Bar or an item at the properties' 24/7 grab and go pantry, Provisions 66.
