Dream Nashville opened in Music City. Located on Fourth Avenue North in downtown Nashville’s historic Printer’s Alley, the hotel is set on the site of the city’s first boutique hotel, The Utopia, and its notorious neighbor, The Climax Saloon, all dating back to the 1890’s.
Dream Nashville is bringing a resurgence of interest to the area, which is known as the home of two of the city’s prestigious newspapers followed by a transformation of an entertainment district. The location previously captured the imagination of presidents, politicians and the occasional outlaw.

Together with Meyer Davis Studio, Dream Nashville’s interiors were designed with lofty ceilings and colorful palette in mind. The 168 art deco-inspired guest rooms and 21 suites include the 1,400-square-foot Guest House with amenities such as a mahogany poker table and a custom Dream Brew on tap. The 1,200-square-foot Terrace suite includes an outdoor grill with an on-call Barbecue Butler.
A unique art collection, generously donated by the Frist family, complements the design throughout the hotel. Signature amenities will include a voice command virtual concierge, a fitness center, a dedicated concierge, and pet-friendly offerings.
The hotel offers seven dining and nightlife options ranging from a full-service restaurant and quick bites to cocktail lounges and entertainment theaters. Among these venues are Stateside Kitchen, a versatile and imaginative eatery helmed by Hillstone Restaurant Group alumni and led by Executive Chef Michael Kopfman.
Nightlife venue Dirty Little Secret, combines the best of both music and entertainment through a line-up of performances ranging from emerging musicians to turntablists and surprise acts. Additional dining and nightlife options include Snitch, Easy 8, Natura Café and Coffee Shop and Superfine Bakeshop.
The hotel also boasts 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
The hotel has diverse partnerships including the brand’s second collaboration with The Lincoln Motor Company to offer guests complimentary car service in the Lincoln Navigator and Lincoln Nautilus during their stays. Additional partners include the iconic London fashion brand AllSaints to diversify retail offerings and theory11 to amplify guest experiences by performing engaging magic shows.
