At Nobu Hotel Chicago, guests can truly immerse themselves in a culinary experience through the hotel’s signature Nobu restaurant on the ground floor, which offers the world-famous Nobu cuisine, such as Black Cod Miso and Rock Shrimp Tempura. The restaurant is currently closed but has plans to open its doors soon. Those looking for more options can try the Sushi Bar under the mezzanine level and The Rooftop for views of the city’s skyline and “Restaurant Row.”

The 154-room upscale lifestyle hotel with 22 suites is centrally located in the heart of the city and features a contemporary design that pays homage to the hotel’s history, which spans back to the early-1900s.
