Raffles Singapore Completes Renovation

Raffles Singapore announced its reopening following the hotel's three-phased restoration, which began in February 2017. The restoration led by interior designer Alexandra Champalimaud was also supported by Aedas, a leading global architecture and design firm. New suite categories, experiences and dining concepts are designed for international visitors and Singaporeans to meet, stay, shop, dine and celebrate.

Park Hyatt Shenzhen Opens in Southeastern China

Park Hyatt Shenzhen debuted atop a 48-story skyscraper in the heart of the Futian central business district in Shenzhen. The property is within walking distance of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and surrounded by corporate offices and luxury shopping. The building was designed by the New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and resembles a dynamic glass and steel butterfly with its wings spread against the Shenzhen city skyline.

Iowa's Merrill Hotel & Conference Center Joins Marriott

The Merrill Hotel & Conference Center, Muscatine, set on the banks of the Mississippi River, joined Marriott's Tribute Portfolio. The property is situated adjacent to the city’s River Walk Park in the city’s historic downtown. The hotel features 122 guest rooms, which include a Presidential Suite, Chairman’s Suite, Junior Suites, and have the flexibility of one, two and three-bedroom configurations.
