Queen Kapi‘olani Hotel completed a $35 million renovation and repositioning. At 19 stories, all 315 guest rooms and suites have been remodeled. New windows in each room capture glorious views of the Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head and adjacent Kapi‘olani Park.

The Hive is now open in Abu Dhabi. The 9,300-square-foot venue was designed as a workspace, but also for meetings and events use. The Hive is an outgrowth of Abu Dhabu National Exhibitions Company’s (ADNEC) Innovation Lab concept.

Shangri-La Hotel, The Marina, Cairns completed a renovation of 184 guest rooms. The final phase of the guest room transformations complete the 255 accommodation inventory, all with private balconies with views of the city, the hotel’s tropical gardens, Trinity Bay or Marlin Marina.

The 169-room Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, located downtown in the city's Golden Mile Square, is scheduled to open in June. The property is connected to Holt Renfrew Ogilvy and ten minutes by foot from the Bell Centre sports and entertainment complex.

The Oaklander Hotel opened in Pittsburgh. The Autograph Collection property is across from Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall, in the city’s Oakland neighborhood. The hotel is home to Spirits & Tales restaurant, 167 guest rooms and five event spaces.

Moxy NYC Chelsea opened in Manhattan. The newly-constructed, 35-story hotel features 349 guest rooms, a rooftop lounge and two event rooms. The newly-constructed building's architecture riffs off the neighborhood's retro-industrial style in the heart of the Chelsea Flower Market. The hotel blends into the flower shops that surround it, with a soaring three-story glass atrium revealing the vertical gardens within.

The Radisson Hotel Cleveland-Gateway will be rebranded as Hotel Indigo, following a multimillion-dollar renovation. The 143 key hotel features a business center, fitness center, approximately 3,500 square feet of meeting space and the Gateway Bar and Grill.

A revolutionary mode of transport is the next big thing in Las Vegas, thanks to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) Board of Directors approval of a recommendation to select Elon Musk’s The Boring Company (TBC) to design, construct and operate a first-of-its-kind people mover for the Las Vegas Convention Center and beyond.
