The final phases of the multi-year, $25 million transformation of the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center are now complete. Kiawah Island Golf Resort launched a series of major projects that will further enhance the property’s world-class amenities. The internationally recognized resort, located on a barrier island 21 miles south of historic Charleston South Carolina, has broken ground on the first stage of redevelopment, which will continue through the end of 2020 in time to host the PGA Championship in May 2021.

The Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa completed a refresh to its 26,000 square feet of indoor meeting space. The resort's renowned Hawaiian classic style blends with new carpet and decor for a fresh modern look.

Hard Rock International opened its second hotel in Malaysia, the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. The 365-room property features music-inspired décor, memorabilia and programming.

The Hilton Taipei Sinban opened with 400 guest rooms. The 31-story hotel is located in the central Banqiao District, in close proximity to shopping and entertainment centers, numerous local eateries, business districts and tourist attractions.

JW Marriott Seoul reopened following an extensive eight-month renovation. The hotel’s public spaces, designed by notable French interior designer Bruno Moinard of AGENCY 4BI, were inspired by Korea’s modern aesthetic and transformed to reflect a warm and welcoming new look.

The New Bedford Harbor Hotel is now open on the south coast of Massachusetts. The 70-room property is part of the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels and managed by Waterford Hotel Group.

The Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel is now part of the Davidson Hotels & Resorts collection. The property is situated within walking distance of Penn's campus and its medical complex as well as the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott, located adjacent to the airfield, completed a full-scale property renovation including 443 guest rooms and suites, the property’s MClub lounge, 15,000 square feet of meeting space and 19,000 square feet of public spaces. The transformation draws its inspiration from the eclectic, multi-national culinary, arts and cultural scene that comprises the surrounding Queens community, known as the “World’s Borough.”
