Southern Hotel Renovations and a New All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy Resort

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Florida

The Elser Hotel & Residences opened its doors in November 2022 in the heart of downtown Miami. The 646-room property with floor-to-ceiling windows showcases views of Biscayne Bay and will introduce guests to the area’s cultural offerings, including art, wellness, music, fashion and dining.

The 49-story tower features a rooftop pool deck, a two-story fitness center and a new restaurant concept, Jaguar Sun, a downtown bar named Bar of the Year by Eater Miami in 2018. The hotel’s 19,000-square-foot sun deck features a 132-foot-long pool, a 16-foot LED screen, an outdoor bar and an expansive event lawn, serving as the hotel’s ultimate destination for outdoor events with waterfront views.

Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Coconut Grove, Miami recently completed its two-year, $50 million renovation, bringing all new guest rooms, curated art from local and international artists and an oasis that fuses both the glamour and sophistication of the hotel’s past with the vibrant, free-spirited heart of the Coconut Grove neighborhood.

Texas

Opening its doors February 1, 2023, Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin stands 31-stories in the center of the state’s capital city. The anticipated opening will also bring restaurant Luminaire and bar Las Bis to Austin’s arts and culture district.

The 246-room hotel is next door to two of the city’s most historic buildings, the Paramount (1915) and State (1935) theaters, and its interiors evoke a modern, bohemian-chic gallery inspired by Austin’s unique style and the city’s energetic music and arts scenes.

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin will offer 2,560 square feet of flexible meeting and event space on the hotel’s third floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city below. An additional 1,400 square feet of space is also available on the hotel’s 31st floor, the hotel’s penthouse named the Artist Residence. The space is inspired by an artist’s loft and offers space for private functions and an outdoor deck showcasing panoramic city views.
