This fall The Wigwam will complete their comprehensive renovation.

Starting in spring 2023, iconic Phoenix property The Wigwam will undergo a multimillion renovation that will not only completely redo the interior of the hotel but also update the 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.

The Wigwam will change the entire color scheme of the hotel but is prioritizing maintaining the integrity of historical elements from when the hotel first opened in 1918. The Wigwam will phase the renovations in order to continue business operations with little interruption to guests.

The interior is not the only part of the hotel getting attention in the renovation, as the 440 acres the property sits upon will be getting revamped as well. The exterior buildings and grounds are predicted to be under improvement into 2024.

To celebrate this renovation, two packages have been added to the list of options for groups that wish to utilize the hotel and its additional amenities.

Both packages for the Wigwam need to be booked prior to September 30, 2023. There is a package for larger meetings, It Takes Two Package, as well as a smaller group package called Small Groups, Big Inspiration Package. The larger of the two packages will offer a 20 percent discount on most amenities, including food and beverage, spa services and AV systems. The smaller package is limited to 50 participants and prices start at $95 per person. This package includes breakfast, lunch and meeting planning services, among other features.
