California
The Wine & Roses property in Lodi, California is partnering with the culinary-driven Appellation brand to launch the new Appellation Lodi – Wine & Roses Resort and Spa following a phased renovation process. The 66-key boutique hotel will also open with two new signature dining concepts, expanded culinary gardens with seasonal produce, new wellness programming and the newly rebranded Wine & Roses Spa.
The property also has six event venues, the largest of which is the Garden Ballroom which can accommodate up to 350 attendees. Other notable venues include the Pavilion & Patio, which can accommodate up to 150; the Cellar Room & Patio, which can accommodate up to 50; and a boardroom, which can accommodate up to 12 attendees.
Mexico
Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort, recently unveiled a new tower on the resort’s property. The new tower, called Zafiro, features an additional 100 rooms and suites on top of the resort’s existing 212 rooms. The new tower is also the first resort in Marriott International’s Mexico portfolio to have a pet-friendly policy, allowing travelers to bring along their cat or dog for an additional fee.

Zafiro also offers five additional dining venues, a kids club with educational indoor and outdoor activities, an infinity pool and lounge areas. The resort also has a rooftop venue for pop-up events and a new 1,205-square-foot Zafiro ballroom with views of the Banderas Bay.

Montana
Montana’s largest full-service convention facility, The Billings Hotel and Convention Center, completed a $5 million expansion and renovation project, adding approximately 15,000 square feet of new convention space to the facility. The expansion brings the total amount of space in the center to 41,000 square feet across 20 venues.
The new expanded facility features state-of-the-art AV technology, an 18- to 25-foot graduated ceiling and two divider walls for customizable layouts. The facility has a capacity to host up to 2,000 attendees and also has a hotel with 232 newly renovated rooms and suites, an onsite restaurant, lounge and casino.
A Sonoma County Summer Camp
The River Electric is a new camp resort, swim club and event venue located in the heart of Sonoma County wine country that offers a blend of outdoor adventures, relaxation and curated experiences for attendees.

Nestled within 12 acres of redwood groves and just a short walk from the historic town of Guerneville, the property features 40 furnished tents that can accommodate over 80 guests and are equipped with electricity, Wi-Fi and other modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable yet authentic camping experience. The resort’s culinary program offers pool club-style dishes, a full-service bar, exclusive wine blends and pop-up dinner experiences.
The resort was also built with eco-resilience in mind, with design elements meant to mitigate significant environmental impact, including vented concrete structures vents that allow water to pass through, waterproof doors protecting electrical systems and bio-retention landscaping that directs water flow for swift recovery after flooding events.
The River Electric also has five event spaces, including a 3,956-square-foot sailcloth tent, private poolside venue and an amphitheater. The property can accommodate up to 200 attendees, with full and partial buyouts available.
