Formerly the Cromwell Hotel, the 188-unit property has been completely overhauled to deliver an upscale environment curated by restaurateur and TV personality Lisa Vanderpump

Hilton Anaheim announced the full-property renovation was complete near the end of 2025. The comprehensive renovation began in July 2024.

As part of the renovation at The Royal Lahaina Resort and Bungalows, two refreshed oceanfront event spaces set the scene for sunset receptions and private dining just steps from the beach. 

The coming Americana by Loews Hotels - Arlington will bring Loews' footprint to 1,695 guest rooms and 375,000 square feet of event space in the district.
