When many people think of Nashville, their minds quickly go to the city’s music attractions like the Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and numerous live music venues that line Broadway. But what many planners may not know is that Nashville is home to some of the top meeting hotels in the country, especially when it comes to swift RFP response rates, prioritization of planner collaboration and curated group experiences.

In May, Cvent released its annual “Top Meeting Destinations & Top Meeting Hotels” list, with Nashville ranking fourth on the Top Destinations list and four Nashville properties leading the list of Top Meeting Hotels. These properties include Renaissance Nashville Hotel (No. 1), JW Marriott Nashville (No. 2), Grand Hyatt Nashville (No. 3) and Omni Nashville Hotel (No. 4), beating out other well-known properties in meetings powerhouse destinations like Orlando and Las Vegas.
“Nashville’s continued prominence as a top-tier meeting destination, recently reaffirmed by Cvent’s 2025 rankings, showcases our city’s dynamic appeal and collaborative spirit,” said Deana Ivey, president and CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. “The Renaissance Nashville Hotel, JW Marriott Nashville, Grand Hyatt Nashville and Omni Nashville Hotel being named the top four meeting hotels in the nation exemplifies our commitment to exceptional hospitality, a walkable downtown and premier meeting spaces.”

Even Cvent itself is getting in on the Nashville action, as the organization plans to hold its annual Cvent CONNECT conference there in 2026, further exemplifying Nashville’s growing demand.

“We’re especially excited that four of the top meeting hotels in the U.S. are located in Nashville,” said Rachel Andrews, Cvent’s head of global events. “These properties exemplify the experience and service excellence that attendees and event professionals value, and we look forward to bringing our event industry audience to experience Nashville and its high-caliber hotels for CONNECT.”
Here’s why these four properties made it to the top of Cvent’s list, why planners continue to return to them and what they can offer your next meeting or event in Music City.

The organization has held numerous events at the JW Marriott Nashville, including its recent Bank C-Suite Summit held May 5-6 of this year, and the group’s upcoming Corporate Governance Workshop set to be held April 27-28, 2026.

“Since we are headquartered in Nashville, we have held numerous events at the JW Marriott Nashville over the past few years, and they consistently do an exceptional job,” Schield explained. “The event space is highly versatile, featuring two large ballrooms and numerous smaller rooms, all situated on the same floor. Their guest room product is lovely, well-appointed and very appropriate for our audience of CEOs and board directors of banks from across the United States. My most significant needs for our events are luxury hotels with superior service, and I receive both from the JW!”

Chad Pierce is the director sales and marketing at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, and when asked why he thinks both Nashville as a destination and the Grand Hyatt Nashville property ranked so highly on Cvent’s list, he noted the following: “Nashville as a destination is just booming. Everybody wants to come experience it and see what it’s like. And our location is key. We’re at 10th and Broadway, and all the fun starts at 5th and Broadway, so we’re just five blocks away from all the fun, but we’re not in it like some other hotels. We’re close enough to walk to it, but we’re not right in it.”
Omni Nashville Hotel
The Omni Nashville Hotel is a 21-story property adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame that offers 800 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, full-service spa, three onsite restaurants, fitness center and 80,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

The largest of these venues is the Broadway Ballroom at 23,760 square feet, followed by the 15,380-square-foot Legends Ballroom and the 3,100-square-foot Grand View Terrace.

Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB), Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is responsible for staging the annual Country Radio Seminar (CRS), a three-day educational event that gathers country radio and music industry professionals for networking and career growth opportunities. The CRS event has been held at the Omni Nashville Hotel for the past 10 years, and CRB Executive Director RJ Curtis told us why the organization continues to come back.
“From the moment we made the Omni our home, the perceived and actual quality of CRS was elevated to a new, unprecedented level,” Curtis said. “The hotel facility is stunning, the event footprint is ideal and the Omni team is thorough, thoughtful and collaborative. We know the Omni hosts many other partners during the year, yet we are treated like its only customer. We hope to remain partners and collaborators with this team for many years to come.”
