Caesars Entertainment’s National Meetings and Events team released a guide to incorporate wellness in event programming that is an expansion of Caesar’s Global Wellness Forum and incorporates FAQ’s, data on the benefits of integrating wellness into events and a sample agenda to promote how wellness can be incorporated into events.

The guide follows Caesar’s initiatives to host an inaugural Wellness Forum in June 2024 and Wellness Roadshow in 2025.

Meetings Today had the opportunity to participate in the inaugural Caesars Entertainment Global Wellness Summit in 2024. The event included a variety of wellness activities such as a hike, yoga and even rafting on the Colorado River. The event also included expert speakers discussing the benefits of wellness practices.

Caesars Entertainment created its Global Wellness Summit and they’ve set the bar high for other companies to follow suit, while also driving the initiative that wellness is standard to incorporate in events.

Kelly Gleeson Smith, senior vice president of sales at Caesars Entertainment National Meetings & Events, said wellness is a rapidly growing industry that is currently worth $6 billion.

One key takeaway meeting and event planners can find in the guide is that organizers that integrate wellness programs report up to a 25% increase in participant satisfaction and engagement.
