MGM Grand Hotel and Casino unveiled a $300 million renovation to its 3,969 guest rooms and suites, which are now available to book.
During the renovation, an additional 111 suites were introduced to the hotel’s collection, bringing the total number of suites at the iconic Las Vegas property to 753. The new suites provide greater privacy and versatile spaces for both work and relaxation.
Blending contemporary design and comfort, the remodeled rooms now feature closets with streamlined organization, blackout drapery, porcelain finishes and spa-inspired walk-in showers.

The remodel evokes elements of the disco era with custom artwork, patterns and the addition of LED light installations. MGM Grand king rooms have a “playful” aesthetic with vibrant carpeting, while the double queen rooms are designed with soft gray stone.
“MGM Grand has long stood out as one of the most iconic resorts on The Strip, and this remodel marks an ambitious step forward in the resort’s evolution,” said Mike Neubecker, president and COO of MGM Grand, in a press release. “Inspired by our guests’ feedback, we’ve designed rooms that deliver what both business and leisure travelers value most, providing a thoughtful balance of style, comfort and functionality.”
