Have a need for a turnkey conference solution in the Big Apple, with a little touch of English elegance?

Meetings Today’s Tyler Davidson sat down with Fiona Macpherson, vice president of business development and sales for etc.venues, a 30-year-old, U.K.-based non-residential conference center operator that is set to open a third location in Manhattan by the end of 2022.

Located at 810 Seventh Avenue, between Times Square, the Plaza District, Columbus Circle and Central Park, the venue will offer seven meeting spaces across the 22nd and 23rd floors of a 41-story building, affording views of Central Park and the Hudson River. The new facility will be able to accommodate up to 140 theater-style.

It will join spaces at 360 Madison Avenue (45th street), opened in March 2020, and 601 Lexington (53rd street) in June 2021, bringing etc.venues’ portfolio in the city to 30 meeting and event options and a total of 100,000 square feet of space.

Discover what this London-based urban conference center option—which in 2019 hosted nearly 1 million delegates—brings to the U.S. market, being known for its interior design, F&B, technology and, being from England—a stellar tea selection, of course!
