The AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay is set to open early summer 2019. The hotel, from design-led European lifestyle hotel brand AC Hotels by Marriott, is located just minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Hilton Bogota Corferias opened as the first full-service hotel in the Bogota, Colombia's fair and convention district. Kimpton Hotel Monaco Chicago completed  a renovation. The project included the transformation of its 191 guest rooms and 22 suites and an enhanced living-room lobby will debut later this spring. The elevated redesign takes inspiration from Lake Michigan and the development along the Chicago Riverwalk.

The historic Harbor View Hotel is gearing up to unveil its $15 million, top-to-bottom renovation. The Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, hotel will welcome groups starting May 1st to its updated meeting spaces.
