The 564-room Sheraton Bloomington Minneapolis-Area Hotel is slated to undergo a $12.5 million renovation and be rebranded as a DoubleTree property.
The renovation, which will include all guest rooms, public areas and meeting spaces, is scheduled for completion in summer 2012. The rebranding is expected to happen this fall.
