With a background in incentive travel, cruise and destination partnerships, and brand storytelling, Nataly is known for connecting people through experiences that feel human, intentional, and culturally grounded.
She works closely with cruise lines, destinations, hotels and hospitality brands to help them reach North American planners through thoughtful content, live experiences and meaningful visibility. Nataly is an active member of SITE Florida & Caribbean and the host of MICE Bites®, a LinkedIn Live series spotlighting incentive-worthy products and the people behind them.
