Majestic Las Vegas hotel gets approval from Clark County commissioners. The new, $850 million, 720-room nongaming hotel on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip is being developed by Lorenzo Doumani. The property will feature 10 floors of convention and meeting space, multiple dining outlets and a wellness medical spa.

Taco Bell will welcome guests to The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort in Palm Springs beginning August 6, 2019, for five days. The hotel will offer a number of Taco Bell brand flourishes, including a Taco Bell gift shop and special menu items available nowhere else.

Renaissance Dallas Hotel completed the final phase of its multimillion-dollar renovation. The 30-story landmark hotel features new furnishings and an updated design of all 484 guest rooms and 30 suites.

Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg completed a multimillion-dollar renovation. The improvements included a top-to-bottom transformation of all 405 guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.

The Las Vegas City Council voted 4-1 in favor of allowing marijuana lounges in the city. The vote will allow people to consume marijuana products on-site at so-called “social use venues.”
