Brad Jones, Executive Director, Visit Bellevue

Visit Bellevue Washington announced the appointment of Brad Jones as executive director. In this new role, Jones will oversee the organization and its promotion of the city’s growing travel, tourism and hospitality industries.

The Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau (DMCVB) promoted Andrea Cadotto and Sheila R. Neal, CASE to the newly created roles of associate directors of sales. Both will continue their sales responsibilities and now also lead a team of sales managers and coordinators.

The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa announced Timothy Wolfe as complex general manager of the 241-room landmark and the adjacent 231-room Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown, part of The Brown Palace hotel complex.

Ed Walls

Château Élan Winery & Resort announced Ed Walls as general manager. In this role, Walls will be responsible for managing the resort’s day-to-day success, overseeing all operational aspects, including everything from sales and marketing to food and beverage, while maximizing company revenue.

Amy Kerchof, CMP

The Elizabeth Hotel, Autograph Collection announced the addition of Amy Kerchof, CMP, to its sales team. As senior sales manager, she will manage the group and meetings segments, where she will actively sell the hotel as a meetings destination and help coordinate events from start to finish.

Freddie Peterson

The Miami Beach Convention Center, which is at the tail-end of a $620 million renovation and expansion, named Freddie Peterson as its new general manager. Peterson, who recently concluded a two-decade tenure leading the highly successful Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA), will take the helm in Miami Beach to oversee day-to-day operations at the center.

Johanna Philipps

Johanna Philipps has been named director of sales and marketing at Rosewood Sand Hill. In this role, she will develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies for the 121-room property.
